What is it?

Board Certification for Case Managers is a means for ensuring the competency that the healthcare industry demands, and employers and consumers expect.

The Commission for Case Manager Certification establishes a minimum set of competency standards for the practice of case management.

The CCM credential acknowledges a rigorous review of a professional’s case management knowledge and case management experience.
