The Commission for Case Manager Certification establishes a minimum set of competency standards for the practice of case management.
The CCM credential acknowledges a rigorous review of a professional’s case management knowledge and case management experience.
To earn the designation of board-certified case manager (CCM), individuals must be of good moral character consistent with the Code of Professional Conduct.
